The Person we are looking for

We are looking for candidates, who could provide an exceptional customer experience, by responding to customer queries via telephone and email.


·      Answering inbound calls and assisting customers who have specific inquiries, issues or problems.

·      Provide tailored customer service in a high standard professional level

·      Building the interest of customers in the products and services offered by the client

·      Updating changes of customer profiles in the CRM and the Ticketing systems

·      Assisting customer inquiries or problems with professional communication over the phone & emails

·      Determining problems or issues or complaints of the customers based on the nature or situations

·      Proposing solutions for improvements and enhancements

·      Support the call centre team in order to achieve the fullest customer satisfaction with exceptional call quality & customer service.

·      Ensure the calls are answered in a courteous, timely manner and directed to the relevant departments

·      Provide continues feedback on customer experiences to the Team Leaders and Call Centre Manager

·      Provide accurate, valid and complete information on routine call activities

·      Adhere to the to the compliance, processes and standards of the call centre and the company

·      Obliged to protect the data privacy of the customers and client companies

What we require

·        Successful completion of G.C.E O/L and A/L examinations

·        Minimum 1 year experience in call center /tele sales/customer service environment

·        Should possess an excellent command of English language in both oral and written. (Hindi language skill will be added advantage)

·        Must be familiar with CRM practices and systems

·        Must be familiar with Microsoft Office packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

·        Customer oriented attitude with professionalism

·        Be able to work in a team environment and all levels of staff in the company

·        Active listening, understanding the customer and active problem solving with logical solutions

·        Ability to handle diverse people over the phone

·        Actively & timely follow-up on customer queries or problems

·        Should be a person with high interpersonal skills, a committed who can work with minimum supervision.

·        Good leadership qualities, positive and can-do attitude.

·        Age criteria 21 – 35 years

·        Salary starting from LKR 45,000 – 60,000 per month (negotiable)
