The business analyst is the vital link between the customer and the internal technical delivery team. Ideal candidate will determine operational and business objectives of the customer by studying and critically analyzing the business function and processes. Once this business and functional requirements analyzed, the role holder will discuss with the technical delivery team to derive at the best -fit solution for the customer. N*able is currently looking for passionate and goal driven business analyst in banking domain specially with retail and cooperate banking experience with exposure to digital banking environment initiatives of banks to be part of our specialist team. You will have to work in an agile environment, collaborating with highly skilled people who are proactive, passionate about technology and results driven.
Is an analytical thinker, with problem solving capabilities who has a good understanding backed by practices experiences in business process design, re- engineering and optimization. Understanding of software design and programming principals in automating business processes is required
Has very good communication skills, both written and verbal
Is an active team player who is able to work effectively in a complex, diverse and dynamically evolving environment
· 5-6 years of experience in software applications and analysis with 3-4 years’ experience in banking industry
· Demonstrated knowledge of Business Analysis; good understanding of system design concepts; knowledge of software usability principals, understating of testing principles and processes; ability to write functional specifications and review test cases
· BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering ,or equivalent exposure
