An Attorney by profession, Buddhike has extensive litigation experience in Intellectual Property (Trademark infringement and Unfair Competition, Patents, Industrial Designs, Copyright, Software licensing and piracy), Arbitration, Commercial Litigation, Contracts and Agreements, Mergers & Acquisition. Having graduated from Sri Lanka Law College in 1999 and called to the Bar in 2000, He holds an LL.M in Intellectual Property and Commercial Law from the University of West London (2015) and an LL.M in International Trade Law from the University of Wales (2009). Buddhike has over 10 years experience in IT business at Board level prior to joining N-able as the Chairman and currently functions as the Chairman/Managing Director
Sandalal Edirisinghe is an accomplished business veteran having served in various leadership roles in leading organizations in Sri Lanka and abroad. He is the former CIO of People’s Bank and Sri Lanka Telecom. Additionally he has held leadership roles at CitiBank in Singapore and Australia. He has overseen key technology transformation at these organizations among which is the complete digital transformation of People’s Bank – which has won numerous accolades such as Best Branch Digitalization programme / Initiative – Asian Banker 2018, Best Digital Bank in Sri Lanka – AsiaMoney 2019, Best Retail Bank in Sri Lanka – Asian Banker 2019, Best Digital Bank in Sri Lanka – Asian Banker 2019, Most improved Retail Bank in Asia Pacific , Middle East & Africa – Asian Banker 2019 and Best Mobile App programme / initiative in Sri Lanka -2019.
Natarajan Viswanathan is an experienced C-Level leader with start-up and turnaround experience and track record. In a career spanning over 40 years, He has held senior roles for some of the largest technology companies in the region such as HCL, Wipro, Philips, Lucent Technologies, Commscope, Hitachi Data Systems and PTC, and has worked in all major markets in the South Asian region. His accolades include; Member of Lucent Technologies Achievers’ Club in 1998 and 1999, PTC President’s Club in 2005 and 2006, Hitachi Data Systems Center of Excellence in 2008 and Coach of the year at Commscope in 2011. Today Natarajan focuses primarily on building leaders with coaching and mentoring, sharing his learnings over the many decades in the technology industry.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants who is a Non Executive Board Director of the ICTA Agency and a member of the Inter Ministerial Committee tasked with formulating the ICT policy for Sri Lanka and who currently is employed as the Head of Telecom and Transaction Advisory at M Power Capital a boutique private equity and advisory firm in Sri Lanka. Counts over 15 years C Level experience including experience as a Group CFO and CMO and 20 years of experience working for telecom and ICT service providers including Sri Lanka Telecom and Mobitel which were subsidiaries of NTT International , Axiata Sri Lanka a subsidiary of Axiata Group, and Bluesky Pacific a subsidiary of Amper S.A. (Spain) with working experience in Sri Lanka, Fiji, Samoa and American Samoa. Responsible for the for the first listed international Bond issued by a Sri Lankan entity, the successful IPO of Sri Lanka Telecom, and the financing framework for under sea cable projects used as a template by the World Bank to finance under sea cable projects in the South Pacific and Africa.
Started professional career at HSBC, in 1993 and was involved in the development of the credit card operation of Hong Kong Shanghai Bank Corporation (HSBC) in Sri Lanka. Since leaving HSBC in 2000 to set up the first Hybrid Fibre-coaxial broadband network in Sri Lanka, he has functioned as the managing director of Lanka Broadband Networks. In addition he sits on the board of 9 other companies in diverse industries such as hospitality, medical, Robotic gem cutting, Industrial automation, Geological services, research & development and Software development. From 2015 to 2019 worked in the Government sector and held various roles such as; Chairman, Southern Development Board under Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Southern Development, Chairman, Council of the Youth Corps, under the Ministry of Economic Development and Policy Implementation, Director at National Wealth Corporation, Managers to the Mahapola fund and Natwealth securities, a government owned Primary Dealer from 2015 to March 2017. He was the SLPA nominee director of Hambantota International Port Group [HIPG] and Hambantota, International Port Services [HIPS], Managers of the Hambantota Sea Port.
