Buddhike Illangatillake

Chairman / Managing Director

An attorney by profession, Buddhike has extensive litigation experience in Intellectual Property (Trademark infringement and Unfair Competition, Patents, Industrial Designs, Copyright, Software licensing and piracy), Arbitration, Commercial Litigation, Contracts and Agreements, Mergers & Acquisition. Having graduated from Sri Lanka Law College in 1999 and called to the Bar in 2000, He holds an LL.M in Intellectual Property and Commercial Law from the University of West London (2015) and an LL.M in International Trade Law from the University of Wales (2009). Buddhike has over 10 years experience in IT business at Board level, prior to joining N-able as the Chairman and currently functions as the Chairman/Managing Director

Shirantha Herath


Shirantha commenced his professional career at HSBC, in 1993 and was involved in the development of the credit card operation of Hong Kong Shanghai Bank Corporation (HSBC), in Sri Lanka. Since leaving HSBC in 2000 to set up the first Hybrid Fibre-coaxial broadband network in Sri Lanka, he has functioned as the managing director of Lanka Broadband Networks. In addition he sits on the board of 9 other companies in diverse industries such as Hospitality, Medical, Robotic Gem-cutting, Industrial Automation, Geological Services, Research & Development and Software Development. From 2015 to 2019 worked in the Government sector and held various roles such as; Chairman, Southern Development Board under Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Southern Development, Chairman, Council of the Youth Corps, under the Ministry of Economic Development and Policy Implementation, Director at National Wealth Corporation, Managers to the Mahapola fund and Natwealth securities, a government owned Primary Dealer from 2015 to March 2017. He was the SLPA nominee director of Hambantota International Port Group [HIPG], and Hambantota International Port Services [HIPS], Managers of the Hambantota Sea Port.

Jennifer Samuel-Perera


Jennifer is a Management Consultant, specializing in the areas of Finance, Investments, Human Resource and General Management with experience in multiple industries. She is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA-UK) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). She also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, affiliated to the University of Sri Jayewardenepura (PIM – Sri.J), Sri Lanka. Jennifer has over 07 years of board level experience in the IT industry and is currently holding board positions in three companies including N-able (Private) Limited.

Rohan Muttiah


Rohan is an experienced professional having worked for over 42 years in 5 countries, including 19 years in Australia. His experience covers multiple industries including Banking, Technology, Airlines, BPO, Hospitality, and Tourism. His senior most roles include CEO, COO, and CIO, as well as Chairmanships of bodies and committees at SWIFT, the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the Banks’ CIO Forum, and SLCERT. Rohan is a graduate of Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.

Natarajan Viswanathan


Natarajan Viswanathan is an experienced C-Level leader with start-up and turnaround experience and track record. In a career spanning over 40 years, He has held senior roles for some of the largest technology companies in the region such as HCL, Wipro, Philips, Lucent Technologies, Commscope, Hitachi Data Systems and PTC, and has worked in all major markets in the South Asian region. His accolades include; Member of Lucent Technologies Achievers’ Club in 1998 and 1999, PTC President’s Club in 2005 and 2006, Hitachi Data Systems Center of Excellence in 2008 and Coach of the year at Commscope in 2011. Today Natarajan focuses primarily on building leaders with coaching and mentoring, sharing his learnings over the many decades in the technology industry.
