The Role

Our Managed Services team is on the lookout for dynamic individuals who thrive in providing top-notch support to ensure operational efficiency for our clients' organizations. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining local, cloud, and network infrastructure systems, along with 1st level application support. You'll play a vital role in keeping our clients' businesses running smoothly.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in IT or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in network and system administration, as well as endpoint management
  • Working knowledge in Azure and AWS
  • Expertise in Microsoft applications (O365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
