Senior Consultant – Business Development (BFSI)

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive business development initiatives and manage a key portfolio within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
  • Generate new opportunities for N-Able’s technology solutions while strengthening existing client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with BFSI clients, including C-suite executives and Business Heads.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure client requirements are effectively addressed.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the BFSI sector to identify emerging needs and recommend suitable solutions aligned with client expectations and business goals.
  • Expand the BFSI account portfolio by managing key accounts and establishing new
    client relationships.

Job Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in a similar business development role within the BFSI sector is mandatory.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration is mandatory.
  • A master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) would be an added advantage.
  • Full or partial qualifications in IT or Information Systems (IS) would be beneficial.
  • An existing account portfolio in the BFSI sector would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a broad range of technical and business leaders.
  • Ability to convey compelling technology narratives to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven capability to drive both internal and external stakeholders with urgency through the sales cycle, with a strong focus on closing opportunities.
  • Experience with key banking applications, IT solution vendors, and relevant technologies.
  • Strong negotiation, follow-up, and client engagement skills across all deal stages.
