Senior Consultant – Business Development (Enterprise)

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the management of selected key accounts within the Enterprise sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across diverse industries.
  • Identify and assist in developing new business opportunities to grow the account portfolio.
  • Act as a key point of contact for assigned accounts, supporting client engagement.
  • Participate in strategic discussions with C-suite executives and business leaders within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal technical leads and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are understood and addressed effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological developments, and evolving client needs within the Enterprise sector.
  • Recommend suitable technology solutions aligned with client expectations to drive business value.
  • Align client needs with N-Able’s Enterprise solutions to support customer satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Contribute to the growth and strategic development of N-Able’s Enterprise business pillar through proactive support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is mandatory.
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is a plus.
  • Full or partial qualifications in IT or Information Systems are advantageous.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role within the Enterprise sector; an existing account portfolio is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a wide range of technical and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to advance business opportunities through the sales cycle with a focus on closing deals.
  • Knowledge of key IT vendors and relevant technologies applicable to the Enterprise sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills involving multiple stakeholders from initial discussions through to deal closure.
  • Proven follow-up, communication, and client management capabilities.
  • Experience supporting large-scale Enterprise projects or accounts is preferred.
